HCS SB 992 -- CONTIGUOUS PROPERTY REDEVELOPMENT FUND

This bill allows any city, town, or village in Missouri to create
by ordinance a historic preservation revolving fund.  The bill
outlines how the funds can be used by the municipality.  These
uses include acquiring, preserving, restoring, maintaining, and
operating any historic property.

The bill also authorizes Buchanan County to apply for a grant
from the Contiguous Property Redevelopment Fund administered by
the Department of Economic Development.
